Place Your Order: Once you've chosen your product, go ahead and place your order.

Design Submission: After placing your order, you'll have 16-48 hours to submit your design or text via email to sales@memoriex.co.uk. We'll hold your order until we receive your design.

Design Review (Optional): For some personalized items, we may review your design to ensure quality and printability. We'll contact you via email if any revisions are needed before final confirmation.

Confirmation and Production: Upon your final confirmation of the design (if applicable), your order will be released for production.

Delivery: Allow 5-20 working days for delivery, depending on the selected item.

Dispatch Notification: You'll receive an email notification once your order is shipped.
