After two years of experimenting with various recipes in our Hawkins Distillery Kitchen, we proudly present Bryn's Gin - a London Dry Gin perfectly balanced with traditional botanicals.

Our founder and distiller was inspired by a simple, unadulterated Gin and Tonic, resulting in a juniper-forward profile with playful citrus notes and a warm, spicy finish.

To preserve the delicate flavours of our hand-selected botanicals, we use vapour infusion methods.
