Our Classic London Dry Gin married with our Liquorice Gin in equal quantities with added Rhubarb Extract and Split Madagascan Vanilla pods.

Nose

Sweet Rhubarb and rich, comforting Vanilla come first, followed by Juniper, refreshing Citrus and background spice notes.

Palate

Really gentle, syrupy and creamy in texture. Remember the sweets? This is the classic flavour you remember mixed with classic Gin you love. Unctuous Madagascan Vanilla Bean and sweet Rhubarb lead backed up by complex spice, heady Juniper and refreshing citrus.

Finish

Starts sweet, finishes dry. Very long lasting Vanilla and Rhubarb.
