FITTING:
It is very important to fit your collar correctly. For a standard dog:- Take a tape measure and wrap snug around the mid neck where your dog’s collar will comfortably fit, with 2 fingers flat underneath. This will be your collar size. Try and get a collar that fits the size near central, i.e. if your dog’s neck size is 13.5 inches get a size S collar (12-15 inches).

LOOKING AFTER YOUR COLLAR:
Leather needs to be looked after and is not suitable for regular swimming . If the leather gets wet, take off and allow to dry naturally. To clean the collar, use a small amount of saddle soap on a cloth and rub into the leather. Seldom Found recommend using a leather wax finisher like Renapor after, which can be applied sparingly as per instructions, to keep the leather protected and supple. Vegetable tanned leather changes colour over time, with wear and tear and exposure to the elements, this is not a flaw of the product but in fact the beauty of it! You should always inspect the collar for any weaknesses over time like stitching, rivets and so forth, to ensure the safety of your dog.

MADE-TO-ORDER:
All of Seldom Found’s products are handcrafted in the UK and made-to-order and therefore they can take up to 1 week to dispatch during busy times. On rare occasions if this goes beyond one week you will be notified via email. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and sent as recorded delivery. Any returns need to be discussed with Doggy Doo Little directly and then sent back to Seldom Found within 14 days and costs covered by yourself. Returns need to be unworn with original packaging and labels, and sent by recorded post to; Seldom Found, 20 Dewlands, Godstone, Surrey, RH98BS. The leather they use is sourced from the UK for this product using the world famous Vegetable tanned Walpier Buttero, from a family run Italian tannery using leather destined for waste from the consumption market. No chemicals have been used to tan this leather making it sustainable and biodegradable. All packaging is plastic free as standard and every product has been hand cut and saddle-stitched by hand.

FITTING:
It is very important to fit your collar correctly. For a standard dog:- Take a tape measure and wrap snug around the mid neck where your dog’s collar will comfortably fit, with 2 fingers flat underneath. This will be your collar size. Try and get a collar that fits the size near central, i.e. if your dog’s neck size is 13.5 inches get a size S collar (12-15 inches).

M: 14 - 17 inches
L: 16 - 20 inches

LOOKING AFTER YOUR COLLAR:
Leather needs to be looked after and is not suitable for regular swimming . If the leather gets wet, take off and allow to dry naturally. To clean the collar, use a small amount of saddle soap on a cloth and rub into the leather. Seldom Found recommend using a leather wax finisher like Renapor after, which can be applied sparingly as per instructions, to keep the leather protected and supple. Vegetable tanned leather changes colour over time, with wear and tear and exposure to the elements, this is not a flaw of the product but in fact the beauty of it! You should always inspect the collar for any weaknesses over time like stitching, rivets and so forth, to ensure the safety of your dog.

MADE-TO-ORDER:
All of Seldom Found’s products are handcrafted in the UK and made-to-order and therefore they can take up to 1 week to dispatch during busy times. On rare occasions if this goes beyond one week you will be notified via email. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and sent as recorded delivery. Any returns need to be discussed with Doggy Doo Little directly and then sent back to Seldom Found within 14 days and costs covered by yourself. Returns need to be unworn with original packaging and labels, and sent by recorded post to; Seldom Found, 20 Dewlands, Godstone, Surrey, RH98BS. Orders with be reimbursed within 5 days of receiving the items back. If you are in need of a size not available as standard, please contact us and we will liaise with Seldom Found to accommodate you with a bespoke size for your dog.
