At MEMORIEX, we focus on sourcing unique and personalised gifts from our trusted network of workshops and suppliers across the UK, Europe, and globally. This allows us to offer you a distinctive range you won't find anywhere else. To ensure you receive the highest quality for the best value, we use a flexible fulfillment process.

We happily offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the UK.

 

1. Delivery Timeframes

 

While we strive for the fastest delivery possible, please be aware that timeframes vary based on the item's origin and preparation requirements:

  • Order Preparation (2-5 Business Days): This is the time required for our global workshops to create, personalise (if applicable), and quality check your item before it is prepared for shipment.

  • Delivery Time (7-15 Business Days): After preparation, your gift will be delivered by a reputable carrier. Due to our global sourcing, standard delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days from the time you receive your shipping notification.

 

2. Supply Chain Guarantee

 

We understand that global events (e.g., customs, national holidays) can cause unforeseen delays. If your order exceeds 20 business days after shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance and resolution.

 

3. Shipping Options & Coverage

 

  • UK Shipping (Domestic): We provide Free Standard Shipping to all addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

  • Expedited Shipping: Available on request for certain UK-warehoused items (e.g., DHL). Please contact us at support(at)memoriex.co.uk before placing your order for a quote and specific delivery guarantee.

  • International Orders (Customs & Duties): We occasionally dispatch items directly from our EU or International partners. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT and duties for UK customers. If your order is unexpectedly flagged for import charges, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve it.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

4. Transparency is Key

 

To keep you informed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. This allows you to monitor its progress and estimate its arrival date.
