  • Personalised and customised items are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged
  • Please review all personalisation details carefully before placing your order — we cannot accept responsibility for errors in personalisation details submitted by the customer
  • Personalised orders require additional processing time before dispatch — estimated timelines are stated on individual product pages

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly — estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events
  • Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review it carefully before placing your order. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms.
