Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order anytime at our order tracking page using your order number or tracking code.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at support@memoriex.co.uk within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Yes, but only if it hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at support@memoriex.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make modifications.
