A small vintage Indian brass tumbler, hand-engraved with traditional figures set within arched panels and framed by geometric borders at the rim and base. Hand-poured with Soft Sandalwood - warm, creamy and quietly grounding, with notes of sandalwood, bergamot, saffron, cinnamon and lily over a base of cedarwood, amber, patchouli and coconut.
Small in size, but not in character. Tumblers like this one were made for everyday use across India - drinking vessels that were handled daily, passed between hands, and built to last. This one has clearly done exactly that. The engraving is detailed and confident, the kind of work that takes considerable skill, and the brass has developed the warm, slightly darkened tone that only comes with age.
At 5cm tall it is compact - the sort of object that sits quietly until someone notices it and asks where it came from. Once the candle has burned down, the tumbler is yours to keep or repurpose however you like.
Hand-poured in England using our natural soy, coconut and rapeseed wax blend. Phthalate-free fragrance. Vegan and cruelty-free. One only - when it is gone, it is gone.
Every order plants a tree and removes ocean plastic.
Part of our found and repurposed candle collection - objects with a past life, given a fragrant new one.
