A narrow kilim for a hallway or landing, woven in Maimana, Western Afghanistan.

Flatweave, not knotted — wool pulled taut across a wool warp, no pile, no glue. Reversible by design.

The wool is hand-spun and vegetable-dyed, so colour varies slightly across the piece — abrash, the fingerprint of a small dye lot.
